Dear Friend,
We all know the bottom line – without bees, we wouldn’t be. Insect pollination is a key foundation of ecology, agriculture, economy and health.
Eating lots of fruits and vegetables helps to prevent cancer. As well, the “neonic” pesticides implicated in bee deaths may directly contribute to cancer (as described in the latest issue of An Ounce).
Bee health is now before the Senate Agriculture and Forestry Committee, and this is an important opportunity for you to express your thoughts and concerns. A real, paper letter shows you care a lot — and you don’t need a stamp!. PCN did just that (you can see our letter here).
You can find contact information for committee members below. Please send a letter today: CLICK HERE
NOTE: Please also send a message to your Member of Parliament (you can identify your MP here using your postal code).
Help us end this 21st Century “Silent Spring” now.
Thank you!
–The PCN Team
