Fun and Fundrai$ing for Prevent Cancer Now!
We’ve set our sights high, and now all we need is YOU to help Prevent Cancer Now raise at least $60,000 in the
2009 Cancer Prevention Challenge.
We have some serious work to do on the cancer prevention front over the coming months and years, but we promise you some serious fun raising $$$ to help us do it. Read all about it here!
Our PCN Red Mountain Team got us off to a great start on the ski slopes of the BC interior with a March 21st event that raised nearly $5,000. And Prevent Cancer Now already has five more Teams participating in The 2009 Challenge this Spring – two in Ottawa, and one each in Montreal, Toronto and Halifax. From gourmet cupcakes to run-walk events, to ‘taking your clothes off for cancer prevention’, there’s only one limit to raising funds in this event – your imagination!
The Cancer Prevention Challenge is the only fundraiser in Canada devoted exclusively to raising funds for primary prevention of cancer – stopping cancer before it starts.
